Experience
Over the past 7+ years, I’ve scaled finance and accounting functions for high-growth startups and established companies across agtech, robotics, and food manufacturing. I’ve led and supported fundraising efforts ($30M+ raised), driven M&A integrations, modernized ERPs, software tools, and reporting systems, and managed lean teams to support rapid expansion.
As Head of Finance at FarmWise, I scaled finance for a robotics company through fundraising, growth, and acquisition by Taylor Farms. At Hollandia Produce, I led the financial integration into Local Bounti post-acquisition and implemented the systems to support multi-state expansion and new facility builds. My work spans FP&A, strategic planning, accounting, capital planning, and cross-functional leadership, always with a focus on turning complexity into clarity and speed.
I thrive in lean, fast-moving environments where decisive execution and clear insights make the difference between just surviving and scaling.
